Boz the wonder dogIt was half term and I was working in the café on one of our boats at Pulteney Weir. The grand children came and asked me to go to town with them for an hour. Only having two dog leads and three dogs I left Boz in the care of the two boat men, he has done the boat journey on numerous occasions. However instead of the boat doing a straight trip this time it stopped at the boating station for people to go rowing, so Boz got off too. The owner saw Boz and him and his son took their bikes and sped after him but they never caught up with him. Meanwhile I came down Pulteney steps saw Boz by the railings where the boat docks and the boat coming in the distance. Which route Boz took I shall never know but he certainly knew where he wanted to be. Boz the painBoz always does well for walks, expeditions in the car, visits to the hairdresser, boats, town walks, country walks. He is left with the other animals in the mornings, sometimes, when I work he is fine. However his naughty habits happen in the evening when we go out.if he is left in the house and not shut in his bedroom trouble starts. He gets out my husbands rubbish bin. Last time he opened a screw top jar and ate all the contents in it, nuts and chocolates, then he ends up by lifting his leg and leaves his visiting card on my husband’s chair. He is very sheepish on my return any suggestions? How to stop his antics greatly received. Love Sue and Boz xxx |
