Liam has over 40 years or working with dogs. After being a dog handler in the Army, he has continued to train his own dogs to a high standard. He holds various qualifications in dog training.

As well as working, caring for a family and an interest in photography, he works his dog.

Angela has over 29 years experience working with dogs. She holds qualifications in Dog Grooming and Kennel Management. As well as working and caring for a family, she works her 8 dogs.

She has recently started training Flyn a German Shepherd.

Carol Scott has been a trainer at Frome Since 1997 and a member since 1993. Qualified florist since the year dot (1987).

Chloe - Cavalier cross Jack Russell (DB March 1996). Loves agility and will do anything for food, will work for anyone who has the food. The Boss of the Gang

Barney (in the picture) - Collie cross Staffie re-homed at 5 months (DB January 2000). Gold good citizen tricks and Agility -Barney loves people, but is a bit of a mummy's boy and will only work with Carol, once he knows you, you will be his mate for ever.

Pebbles - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (DB July 2003). Gold good citizen, tricks and Agility - loves and lives for cuddles and will do almost anything for a sausage or two, can be naughty if she gets a scent of deer and will pretend not to hear you call.

Izzy - Border Collie (DB January 2005). Gold good citizen - agility and obedience - Izzy loves to work and to please - loves to swim and get as dirty as possible on each walk, will do anything for food or a ball on the rope.

Lucy - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (DB September 2007). Silver good citizen - agility and obedience. Lucy loves to be working and thinks she is a border collie in a rather small body. Best mates are Izzy and Oscar (the cat).

All 5 dogs are grade 3 in agility.

Susan is one of our obedience trainers, she has four Golden Retrievers, Bella, Willow, Zac and Bracken with which she has great success competing at both obedience and agility. Willow currently holds the record for most clear rounds in agility within the club.

All of Susan's dogs are trained in agility, obedience and working dog trials. 

 

Lynn joined the club in 2002 when she got Bex as a puppy and started his training.

Just over a year later she became a trainer and now takes the puppy and obedience classes on a Monday and on Saturday. She also takes agility classes, and is still training with Bex in Agility.

Bex loves agility especially when completing.

Part of the pleasure of dog training for Lynn is to see both handlers and dogs improve.
